Refunds & Exchanges

At LOTSA, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality print solutions tailored to the unique requirements of Far North Queensland. While we are dedicated to ensuring every item reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. In such instances, our Refund and Exchange Policy has been crafted to ensure a seamless and efficient resolution process for you.

Time Frame for Refund & Exchange:

Please be aware that our policy for refunds and exchanges applies for up to 30 days post-purchase. Beyond this period, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges. It's essential to review your order and notify us promptly if any issues arise.

Simple Refund & Exchange Process:

If you've received damaged or incorrect items within the 30-day period, the process to set things right is straightforward:

  1. Email Us a Photo: Simply take a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect items. Attach it to an email, briefly describing the issue, and send it to
  2. We’ll Review the Photo & your email: In most cases, this is all we need to initiate the process and organise a reprint – if we need anything else we’ll be in touch.
  3. We’ll Update You: We’ll let you know the next steps to resolve your issue (or come back to you if we have any questions).
  4. Returning Items: For some items (like special items or high-value jobs) we may ask you to return the item to us as part of our quality control process.  We’ll let you know if this is the case, and don’t worry about postage; if we need you to return an item, we’ll send you prepaid postage to ensure hassle-free return.

Please note that in most cases, once we receive your email and inspect the attached photograph(s), our dedicated team will work diligently to ensure the corrected version of your order is on its way to you promptly.  If we have any questions or need you to do anything else we’ll be in touch and of course, we’ll let you know when we’ve reviewed your email and let you know what is happening.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Cairns and Townsville: Please expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Surrounding Regional Areas: Deliveries in regional areas may take up to 7 business days, but we assure you it won't be longer than that.
